What We Need from Buyers

  1. If the buyer is only “browsing”, we recommend online property viewing. At this time,
only serious buyers should be looking at homes in person.
  2. Buyer’s agent to verify that the buyer is following all prescribed health protocols to prevent the spreading of COVID-19.
  3. If the buyer or anyone with whom the buyer has been in contact is sick or has recently tested positive for COVID 19, please cancel the property viewing.
  4. Buyer must send proof of funds or pre-approval before any showings are scheduled.
  5. Buyer’s agent is to wear gloves and carry disinfectant wipes and masks with them for showings.
  6. Buyer’s agent is to limit the number of people to view a home.
  7. Buyer is not to touch anything in a home. The buyer’s agent should be wearing gloves and can open doors, cabinets, touch light switches, etc..
  8. Buyer to keep a distance of six (6) feet or more between people.
  9. Buyer’s agent can do virtual showings. Agents can send all contract
    documents to be signed electronically.

What We Need from Sellers

  1. Listing agent to ensure the buyer is pre-approved or has proof of funds.
  2. Listing agent to verify that the seller is following all prescribed health protocols to prevent the spreading of COVID-19.
  3. If the seller or anyone with whom the seller has been in contact is sick or has recently tested positive for COVID 19, please notify the listing agent immediately. The listing may need to be temporarily withdrawn.
  4. Expect that no open houses will take place until further notice.
  5. Please have lights turned on and interior doors open.
